
Esports, short for “electronic sports,” refers to organized competitive video gaming where individuals or teams compete against each other in various video games, often for prizes, sponsorships, or titles. These competitions can range from amateur levels to professional leagues, with tournaments that attract millions of viewers globally, both online and in-person.
