The purpose of the Student Government Association is to foster joint responsibility of students, faculty members, and university administration for the achievement of Marshall’s educational objectives. The Student Government Association is the sole authorized agency through which student participation in university governance shall be made effective. The Student Government Association’s paramount concern is assisting the overall well-being of students at Marshall. Collectively, we promise to serve as the vehicle of the Marshall student body, to field its concerns, to provide students with real results, and to create programs and initiatives to enhance the collegiate experience here at Marshall University.
The Belville/Waller Administration
The Belville-Waller Administration at Marshall University is dedicated to enhancing the student experience. They prioritize actively addressing student concerns, and their commitment extends to fostering a supportive campus environment, promoting student equity, and advocating for resources that benefit all students. From the start of the 2024-2025 academic year, this team has been collaboratively working to create positive change, ensuring that every student’s voice is heard.
