The Stuart W. Thomas Research in Psychology Award

The “Thomas Award” is given to the Marshall undergraduate student who distinguishes themself as the student performing and writing up the most outstanding empirical research in psychology for the past year in either the form of a research paper or poster. This will focus on empirical or data-driven research with a quantitative emphasis. The due date for applications on Monday during the last week of classes each spring. The application can be downloaded below.

Dr. Madeleine Hoffman Feil Memorial Scholarship

The Feil Scholarship is rewarded to graduate students in the Psychology Department who have completed at least 24 credit hours of study. Criteria for selection include clinical standing, graduate GPA, community and departmental service, research service, and at least two letters of support from faculty within the department. Those eligable for this scholarship will be notified during the end of a term and allowed to complete an application, which can be found below. Only those students who are notified that they qualify may submit this for consideration.
