Lalicia Johnson

Lalicia is a proud Marshall University alum! She is excited to be returning “home” where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degree in education. She has served in various capacities within higher education, including career exploration, success coaching, advising, recruitment and retention management. Lalicia loves interacting with students and providing support. This has inspired her to develop multiple student focused initiatives that foster success. She enjoys spending time with her family and being an active member of her church and community.
