The seminar will review the changing landscape of health care law as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, with an eye to the future. Topics will include health care regulation, public health, patient care issues, payment processes, and labor and employment issues.
It is anticipated that the seminar will be eligible for continuing legal education credits as follows:
- 5.0 legal education credits in West Virginia
