MOVC Team

Bravin Hughart is the Director of the Marshall University Mid-Ohio Valley Center. Bravin graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education specializing in Social Studies and Mentally Impaired Special Education. He also earned a Masters degree in Multi-Categorical Special Education from Marshall University. Bravin’s primary functions at MOVC include being an academic advisor and registering students for classes. Bravin teaches First Year Seminar, Curriculum Instruction Special Education and Adolescent Development Educational Foundation courses. Bravin is here to meet your academic needs while attending the Mid-Ohio Valley Center campus.

Alicia Persinger is the Administrative Assistant at the Marshall University Mid-Ohio Valley Center. She graduated from Marshall with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. Alicia helps manage the office and is here to greet students when they come in to schedule classes or speak with an advisor. She is happy to help with an other needs or questions you may have about Marshall University or the Mid-Ohio Valley Center.

Jacob Shull is the IT Consultant at the Marshall University Mid-Ohio Valley Center. He graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor and a Master’s degree in social work from the MOVC campus. Jacob can help students resolve any issues they face with the technology on campus. Feel free to stop by his office any time you are having trouble with your computer.
