The undergraduate program provides multiple areas of emphasis and specializations, from Professional and Creative writing to Literary Studies and a Generalist option. And now Creative Writing is available 100% online. Looking to specialize in English Education, our English classes combined with the Secondary Education major in the College of Education prepares students like you to be tomorrow’s teachers.

The graduate program is designed to meet the increasingly diverse needs of today’s graduate students. Students like you are encouraged to approach your studies from the perspective that best serves your academic purposes and career plans, in Literary Studies, Composition/Rhetoric, or Creative Writing.
