What is the Program?
WGSS is an interdisciplinary program at Marshall, supported by many different colleges and departments. Faculty and students from throughout the University teach and take our courses. We offer two minors in:
Students in the Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program pursue coursework that interrogates fundamental aspects of human experience and identity.
Beyond the classroom, we engage in social activism and sponsor guest lectures, film screenings, art events, and more!
