Most scholarship awards require students to meet certain renewal criteria for continued eligibility. You may view the eligibility criteria of your scholarship by logging into myMU. Once you access your Award Offer, click on the Fund, which hyperlinks to the Fund Message. The Fund Message provides the terms of the award, renewal criteria, and any other steps you may be required to take to receive the award.
Eligibility for renewal is typically checked at the end of the spring semester. A student who does not meet the renewal criteria for a Marshall University Scholarship at the end of the spring semester may make a Marshall University Scholarship Reinstatement Request for Merit-Based Scholarships and/or a Marshall University Honor’s Scholarship Reinstatement Request for Honor’s College Scholarship if the deficiency can be remediated during the summer.
