Marshall University Information Technology (MUIT) is excited to announce the transition to a new customer service tracking system fully integrated with myMU. This change is part of MUIT’s ongoing efforts to enhance our service delivery and provide a more seamless experience for all users, consolidating all your MUIT service needs under the My Support tab
The service desk will be covered from noon to 1:00 PM each day over the holiday break starting this Saturday, December 20th through our return on January 2, 2020, every day including Christmas and New Years day.
