Marshall University Information Technology will retire the legacy MILO service (a.k.a. Self-Service Banner 8) on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. Students, faculty, and staff will continue to have access to MILO (a.k.a. Self-Service Banner 9) from the MyMU portal. Marshall University Information Technology is aware and working on a campus network outage including VPN on the Huntington campus. We currently do not have an estimated time for network restoration, but have team members working on the issue.

Marshall University Information Technology will be doing a restart of the campus network at 1 PM today. This restart will cause a 10 second outage.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Microsoft has alerted us of an issue with their service that could impact our Polycom telephones.  Microsoft is aware of and working to resolve the issue.  If you have an immediate need to have the telephone operational, please contact the IT Service Desk and we will replace the telephone.
