Marshall University Information Technology will retire the legacy MILO service (a.k.a. Self-Service Banner 8) on Monday, October 28, 2024. Students, faculty, and staff will continue to have access to MILO (a.k.a. Self-Service Banner 9) from the MyMU portal. Banner will be unavailable on Saturday, September 21st, 2024, beginning at 8:00 AM, for disaster recovery testing. The outage is expected to last most of the day. Please ensure that any changes or data that needs to be processed in Banner is completed prior to the start of the testing, or postponed until after testing
The single sign-on connection to NextGen Dynamic Forms will be updated on Thursday, September 19th, 2024 as part of our transition to a cloud-based service. This means all form links and the link to login to the Dynamic Forms homepage will change. However, the old links will continue to work for a while. No disruptions

AT&T will be on-site Tuesday evening, August 20th to continue the upgrade to the service tower on Holderby Hall.
