Marshall University Information Technology is delighted to announce the launch of our brand-new myMU portal!

 

  • As you explore the new portal, you might encounter a few areas that are still being fine-tuned. We appreciate your patience and enthusiasm as we work to perfect it!
  • The new portal is now ready for you to check out at the following link:

Faculty & Staff – Update Your Documentation!
  • We know many departments have documentation with guides and screenshots of the current myMU portal. To make the portal transition seamless, BOTH the old and new portals will be available until Saturday, August 31, 2024. During this time, you can easily switch between the old and new portals to get comfortable with the new features and update your documentation.
  • On Saturday, August 31st, mymu.marshall.edu will only point to the new myMU portal.

 

Have a Question or Feedback on the new myMU Portal?
  • MUIT (Marshall University Information Technology) will provide routine updates as we receive questions and feedback on the new myMU Portal. The FAQs can be accessed through the “My Support” dropdown of the new portal, as well as through the following link:

How can I learn more about using the new myMU Portal?
  • MUIT will soon be providing training videos on using myMU.  Our introduction video is posted below. Please check back soon in the FAQs page! We are also happy to provide one-on-one assistance to help navigate this transition.

  • Your feedback is important to us! If you spot any issues or have awesome ideas while using the new myMU portal, let us know. There will be a feedback link located under the “New myMU Transition” section of the new portal, or you can email us at itservicedesk@marshall.edu.
