[Service Disruption] SPSS Software Licensing

Access to the campus-licensed versions of the IBM/SPSS statistical software is currently unavailable due an issue with software licensing. Marshall IT is working with the vendor to expedite the delivery of the updated software license keys. This issue is expected to be resolved by mid-week (7/13/2022).

  • If you have an on-campus computer or use SPSS through AppsAnywhere, no additional action is needed. The SPSS license will auto-update once IT receives the new license key.
  • If you have an off-campus computer which is using an individual-assigned install, please open a support request with the IT Service Desk. The new SPSS license key will need to be remotely deployed to your device via the KACE asset management system.
