Job Description
Provides technical assistance to computer users. Answers questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically via chat. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing.
Required Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or related years of experience.
Required Experience
1-2 years of experience with customer service in a help desk setting.
