Job Description
This is a full- time position responsible for assisting faculty/staff/students with computing devices by providing installation, troubleshooting, repair, training, and consulting services.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Required Experience
2 years experience in Service Desk or customer services
