[STATUS UPDATE-Service Restored] Transact eAccount service was reported as restored at 3:20 PM. Please contact the Marshall IT Service Desk if you continue to experience difficulties with your Transact eAccount.

Marshall University Transact eAccounts is currently experiencing a service outage. This global outage was reported shortly before 12:00 noon on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. This global outage is affecting other universities including Marshall University. We are currently unable to provision new ID’s, as well as students and staff are not able to view balances for meal, points and flex plans or make deposits.
