They will touch on the following topics and seek input from online faculty and IT support staff in attendance. DAY 1: Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2015

9:00 am – Welcome and Introductions
The Welcome & Introductions Meeting will introduce the team to the customer’s staff, review the agenda and list of participants, and other details of the engagement.
9:30 am – 11:00 am – Learner Scenarios
The goal of this session will be to develop an understanding of how Bb is being used today at the institution. The essential questions are:
• How are you currently using the tools?
• How does it support a learner-centered approach?
• What is working well?
• What are some opportunities for improvement?
• How does the institution define a learner-centered environment?
• How does Blackboard define a learner-centered approach?
Client participants in this session should include faculty, leadership and current Bb users.
11:00 am – 12:00 pm – New Learning Environment Overview
The goal of this session is to provide an overview of features and capabilities of the Ultra experience.
Client participants in this session should include faculty, leadership and current Bb users.
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm – LUNCH (on your own)
1:00 pm – 3:00 pm – New Learner Scenarios
The goal of this session is reflect on current use and enhance or develop new learner scenarios for Learn with the Ultra Experience. The essential questions are:
• What are some enhancement opportunities?
• What are new opportunities?

3:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Desired Outcomes
Critical to any implementation is defining success for the implementation and determining how the Blackboard solution can help the school facilitate or make progress towards its goals and objectives. The goal of this session is to identify the goals and objectives to which the Blackboard solution can align. The essential questions are:
• What can Bb help you accomplish for the institution?
• What can Bb help you accomplish for student learning?

Day 2: Wednesday, Nov. 11

9:00 am – 11:00 am – Learner Support Services’ Infrastructure
The goal of this session will be to explore and discuss the specific systems and processes that are engaged with the learner as well as support student success. The objective will be to establish a clear picture of the technologies and services that work behind the scenes, and the options and opportunities that may exist technologically or process-wise to drive student success and the success of the transition to the Ultra experience.
Client participants in this session should include those who administer, manage and deliver the technology services and change management processes that support student success.
11:00 am – 12:00 pm – Learner Lifecycle Stakeholders
The goal of this session will be to develop a common definition and understanding of the client’s student life cycle with a specific emphasis on the integration of the Bb Solution into the student experience. The session will concentrate on identifying the path and processes, stakeholders and influencers, and other student-facing and internal operational elements that currently and could contribute to student success.
Client participants in this session should include appropriate members of the Core Team as well as other campus leaders whose services intersect with the lifecycle of a student, prospective student, and/or alumnus.
