Document Pick-Up & Delivery Options

Pick-up your mail or documents in our office at Old Main 321

Old Main is located at the intersection of Hal Greer Boulevard and 4th Avenue, and Room 321 is located on the third floor.

Ask a friend or family member to pick-up your mail or documents for you

In order to release your documents to anyone other than you, ISS must receive a FERPA release form that is notarized or completed in-person at Old Main 321 with photo ID. If you are unable to come to Old Main 321 to complete the form in-person, click the link below to print the MU FERPA form. If you have questions about completing the form, view the Guide to Completing MU FERPA Release Form linked below. Once the form is completed and notarized, email to iss@marshall.edu.
