Marshall University offers a number of training programs to focus on processes and activities that help employees perform their jobs in an excellent manner. We offer a variety of programs and resources to support employees in learning new skills and advancing their careers. Development opportunities may include assembled workshops and seminars along with web-based and/or video-based training modules.

Human Resources may also facilitate registration services for workshops or programs presented by other departments or organizations.
