You can print and fill it out, and then take the completed form to your college office.
If you are in the College of Arts and Media, visit the college office in Smith Hall 158 to obtain CAM’s minor declaration form.
Once you have declared the Film Studies minor, please inform Walter Squire, the Director of Film Studies, at squirew@marshall.edu so that records can be updated.
