We are incredibly thankful to our dedicated partners who mentor future members of The Herd before we meet them. Let us show you our appreciation by joining us for a fun-filled day of events on campus! Our partners can choose to participate in one, two, or all three of the events on January 24th so we can say, "Thank you!"

1:30 – 2:00 PM | Arrival and Check-In

2:00 – 4:00 PM | Design for Delight: Innovation Explorer Training (Optional)
Memorial Student Center: 2W22
Inspired by the Innovation Catalyst Program by Intuit, the Innovation Explorer Training explores how to apply design thinking to solve complex problems. Participants will receive a Credly micro-credential credit upon completion of training.

4:00 – 5:00 PM |Break/Free Time
Relax or explore Huntington and campus before the evening festivities!

5:00 – 6:30 PM |Partner Appreciation Reception
Memorial Student Center: Don Morris Room
You and your family are welcome to drop in any time between 5 and 6:30 PM to enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres and refreshments. Mingle with university representatives, win prizes, take photos, and more before the basketball game!

7:00 PM |MU MEN’S BASKETBALL v. GA STATE
Cam Henderson Center
Attendees and their guests will receive up to 2 free tickets upon check-in at training or the reception.

HIGH SCHOOL GREEN AND WHITE DAYS

While traditionally, Green and White Day has relied on students signing up independently for the event, our high school-focused day has been created to expand the opportunity for students to get to know Marshall, especially those who might not have the means to visit otherwise. This event will also offer your juniors and seniors a fun-filled day that includes more than just a standard Marshall Group Visit.

Marshall Group VisitsThe Office of Recruitment offers Marshall Group Visit campus tours for groups larger than 10. For middle school or elementary school groups, we now offer scavenger hunts!

Herd AcademyDual credit courses taken in the high school will count toward both high school and college credit. Marshall’s online courses count for college credit; however, some high schools may allow our online courses to count for high school credit.
