Leica Stellaris8 Stimulated Emission Depletion

This instrument is capable of collecting super resolved fluorescence image data at x,y resolution of <50nm. White light laser and 3 STED lasers allow super-resolution in multiple color channels. The z-axis STED optics allows super resolution in z-axis as well as x,y.
