Pacific Nanotechnology Nano-R AFM with LPM Tip Control.

The Nano-R is an entry level but very reliable atomic force microscope with a mechanically controlled stage for easy navigation and adjustable optical magnification. It uses LPM software for lithography, probing and manipulation of the sample. The scanner has closed loop operation in x y and z axes. Lithography operations allow us to do electrochemical or physical adsorption type modifications.

Image analysis is carried out on NanRule+, a PNI product that is very user friendly.
